Welcome to Alume. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (the "Services").
The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Alume., a business established in Luxembourg. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion where misuse or violation of these Terms is suspected.

All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
We are not obliged to accept any order and may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors.

All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs and any additional charges will be clearly indicated before checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.
You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the full amount.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
For consumers within the European Union, risk of loss or damage passes to you only upon delivery.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs, or incorrect information provided by you.
If delivery fails due to your fault, we may charge reasonable additional costs.
SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
This section applies only to consumers within the European Union under the Consumer Rights Directive.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.
To exercise your right, you must notify us by email at contact@alume.lu.
You must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning goods.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or proof of return.
You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
SECTION 7 – LEGAL GUARANTEE
Consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity under the Consumer Sales and Guarantees Directive.
If a product is defective, we may choose to repair or replace it as the primary remedy.
Refunds are only provided where repair or replacement is not possible or proportionate.
SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services is owned by Alume. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

Consumers residing in the European Union retain mandatory protections under their local laws, including those applicable in Germany where relevant.

We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution unless required by law.
